New 6-seater chairlift Gratl
Extra comfort & shorter travel times
The ‘Gratl’ has a special status in the ski resort. This is because the lift provides access to one of the more challenging slopes on the Gaislachkogl adventure mountain and is considered a favourite by many locals and experienced skiers.
Technik Upgrade für mehr Qualität
After four decades, the existing double chairlift no longer meets state-of-the-art standards or the quality requirements of Bergbahnen Sölden. A modern 6-seater chairlift will therefore be built for the 2026/27 winter season. The new lift will increase ride comfort and performance as well as safety. The mountain station will be repositioned, which will increase the length of the route, improve the exit situation and create a new blue run (1 b). In addition, the snow-making system will be upgraded to the latest standard.
