We fulfil winter sports dreams

Sölden is considered to be extremely snow-sure. Three factors guarantee an extra-long ski season from September to May:

The altitude of the ski area, which stretches from 1,350 to 3,340 metres. That's an incredible 2,000 metres difference in altitude!
The 2 glacier ski areas on the Rettenbach and Tiefenbachferner, where early birds can start carving from mid-September.
The ability to artificially snow around 77% of all slopes ensures absolute snow security.
Extra-long runs of up to 15 km provide endless skiing fun.

PLENTY OF SPACE FOR WIDE TURNS

The Sölden ski area covers a total of 429 hectares of pistes. Even if more than 10,000 skiers are enjoying themselves on the slopes, there is still around 400 m² of slope for each individual. This means that on average there are only 25 skiers in action per hectare - a very important factor for the safety of all guests.
