Here you will find a collection of the latest highlights in the ski area, exciting developments and all issues of "Die Bahnen" magazine. We have been producing this high-quality magazine twice a year since 2008. The aim of "Die Bahnen" is to present current topics and interesting facts from the company to the outside world, to show insights into everyday working life and to bring employees in front of the curtain. But above all, it should do one thing: entertain the reader!

Deeply rooted in the region

Whether as a provider of central tourism services or as an employer: Bergbahnen Sölden play a major role throughout the Ötztal holiday region. On the other hand, it is also part of our corporate philosophy to involve the valley and its inhabitants in our thoughts and projects.

The Sölden Challenge confronts you with the task of successfully mastering up to 16 competitions in the ski area. To do so, you have to prove your skiing skills, how to strike a pose, and show your spirit of discovery.

The new cineastic James Bond Installation at 3.000 metres above sealevel opened its doors in July 2018 and grants a look behind the scenes of SPECTRE and all the other 007 blockbuster.

The new Giggijoch Gondola

For the 2016/17 winter season a new state-of-the-art feeder gondola to the Giggijoch ski mountain will be installed by Bergbahnen Sölden Mountain Lift Company.
