Our guiding principles

At Bergbahnen Sölden, togetherness is more than just a word - it is the foundation of our corporate culture. In September 2024, we jointly developed ten guidelines that characterise our daily actions and give us orientation. They not only define who we are, but are actively lived by each individual - every day.

We treat each other as equals, with respect, openness and honesty. We work together, support each other and thus create trust and cohesion. Because we can only achieve great things together.

What characterises our corporate culture? What values are important to us? We discussed these questions together. In creative sessions, we worked in small teams to collect terms and situations that visualise our values. This resulted in clear guiding principles that strengthen our cooperation and promote cohesion.
